This role is for prospective co-developers and requires a dedicated passion for game design and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in game design (level design, combat, etc.)
• Experience with at least one shipped title on a platform (PC, console, mobile, or VR/AR)
• Proficiency with game engines (Unreal Engine or Unity)
• Familiarity with scripting languages, visual scripting tools, or proprietary game design tools
• Strong understanding of player psychology, game mechanics, pacing, and balance
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Strong communication skills
