Job Description
The Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for ensuring preventive, corrective, and preventative maintenance activities of electrical and building installations in a real estate environment. This role involves adhering to HSE rules, implementing maintenance standards, participating in inventory, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Engineer degree in automation (HES) or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in regulated environments in Switzerland
- Proven experience in problem analysis
- Excellent knowledge of building technical installations
- Proficiency in API (SAIA, Siemens) and BIM tools
- Good communication skills
- Mastery of French
- Bachelor’s degree required
