Job Description
ShyftLabs is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of AI applications used by Fortune 500 companies. The role involves comprehensive testing, AI/ML testing methodologies, and delivering robust, scalable products. They are a leading data and AI product company focused on innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience with strong fundamentals in software testing methodologies
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar tools)
- API testing expertise including REST APIs, GraphQL, Postman, and integration testing
- Database testing skills with SQL proficiency
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of distributed systems testing
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation development
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify edge cases and design comprehensive test scenarios
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly
