Business Systems Analyst - (Hybrid)

The DNS team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud experience to develop/modify transactional email/push/SMS/Letter templates, implement personalization variables, and support journey/triggered send configuration, testing, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and implement backend templates and integrations
• Support software releases and ensure smooth transitions to production
• Collaborate with business units to resolve issues and enhance functionality
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
• Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system designs
• Conduct system and data analysis using statistical and modeling techniques
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Research emerging technologies and align them with business goals
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies
