The ideal candidate will have experience in debt collection and debt collection, be comfortable with digital tools, and have a high level of self-responsibility and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience in debt collection and debt collection (creditor contacts, court bailiff, open items)
- Comfortable with Lexoffice (booking and preparing documents for tax consultants)
- Familiarity with payroll accounting and taxes and a solid foundation
- Ability to use digital tools (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, Slack)
- Familiarity with Apple devices
- High level of self-responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to create structure and optimize processes
- Completed training as a tax consultant or a completed commercial training with further training as a bookkeeper or a comparable qualification
- Ability to follow existing processes
- Quick understanding and high discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Calm, pleasant, and attractive voice
- Clean and error-free written expression in German
