Job Description
Shriners Children’s is seeking a full-time Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team. The position focuses on the treatment of pediatric deformity and includes a supportive, mission-driven environment with opportunities for growth and impact. Responsibilities include patient care, research, and education. As the leader in pediatric Orthopedics in Northern California, Shriners Children’s provides exceptional care and promotes innovation.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Successfully completed an ACGME accredited orthopedic surgery residency program
- Completed relevant fellowship training in pediatric orthopedics AND spinal surgery
- Board Certified/Eligible by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) or in final year of ACGME accredited program leading to certification
- Eligible for California medical license
- Experience treating pediatric spine patients
