This role involves coaching merchants on their business, identifying areas for improvement, and advocating for Shopline's solutions. The position requires strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management with small to medium companies
• Strong understanding of domestic marketplaces and commerce in the region
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with people at different levels.
• Experience in Digital Marketing (paid advertising, social media, SEO)
• Technical aptitude for software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
