Senior Product Manager, AI

ShopBack is seeking a future-ready Product Manager, AI with a sharp grasp of modern AI capabilities and a builder’s mindset to lead the charge in identifying, integrating, and scaling cutting-edge AI technologies and tools to accelerate product innovation and drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years building AI-powered or automation-driven products using third-party tools and services.
• Strong understanding of new-age AI technologies (e.g. generative AI, LLMs, vector search, prompt engineering) and ecosystems (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI).
• Proven experience using AI capabilities as enablers. Ability to rapidly assess build-vs-buy trade-offs and move fast by stitching together off-the-shelf AI components.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI tools, embeddings, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong product intuition with a bias toward experimentation and measurable impact.
• Fluent in product tools (Jira, Figma, Notion) and comfortable with basic data tools (SQL, dashboards).
• Exposure to tools like Zapier, Retool, GPT-based agents, or Chrome extensions built on LLMs.
• Background in e-commerce, fintech, or user-facing platforms where AI drives engagement and retention.
