Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Associate to join the ShipBob Team, focused on receiving, picking, packing, and other fulfillment tasks. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and a high-performance culture within a fast-growing company. This is a Tuesday-Saturday, 6:15am-3:15pm position reporting to the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8-10 hours.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
