Shinesty is seeking a Senior Production Artist who can create high-quality creative assets, manage and mentor other designers, and champion brand consistency while making people laugh and remember the company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a senior or managerial role, at an ad agency and/or other internal brand team
• Master of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
• Ability to translate creative direction into polished, on-brand assets at scale
