Job Description
Shiji Group is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to build an enterprise-class product for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer, a strong portfolio, and fluent English communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio containing a variety of works in digital products, especially enterprise web platforms and mobile
- Fluent English communication skills (B2/FCE level)
- Proficiency in Figma and creating design guidelines
- Ability to turn requirements into working functionality
- Research experience (A/B tests, interviews, user testing) - nice to have
- Technical knowledge of product development - nice to have
- Experience working in B2B2C or B2B product and/or productivity software - nice to have
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies - nice to have
- Experience working on mobile-first products - nice to have
