Job Description
Shift4 is seeking an Onsite POS Installer to complete full integration of Point-of-Sale systems, gateways, and related peripherals at merchant locations. This role involves coordinating with clients, training them on POS ecosystems, and acquiring an in-depth understanding of the entire merchant processing industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and committed to excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Good driving record
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Technician background dealing with network/computer troubleshooting or installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and strong follow up
- Kudos for experience with ePOS installation and/or F&B knowledge
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, MCP, etc
- 2+ years customer service / technical support experience
