Job Description
Shift4 is seeking a Manager, US Tax Reporting to support its income tax reporting and compliance obligations. This role will involve preparing and ensuring accuracy of US GAAP financial statements, working with tax advisors, and managing audits. The position offers exposure to a diverse range of accounting and tax issues in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in tax accounting and financial reporting in a large public accounting firm or multinational corporation.
- Knowledge and experience with ASC 740 and tax accounting under US GAAP requirements, including SOX compliance.
- Knowledge of corporate taxation and the end-to-end tax cycle.
- Proficient on ONE STARS Tax Provision and Microsoft Excel skills.
- CPA holder.
- Experience advising on complex tax accounting and technical issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
