Job Description
Shift4 is seeking a Director of Deployment to oversee all physical fulfillment operations for credit card equipment and POS systems within the Bethlehem, PA warehouse and satellite locations. This senior-level role involves leadership of shipping, receiving, configuration, and inventory management. The Director will manage a team of over 200,000 customers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and scalability for future expansion. The position requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Oversee deployment operations in the Bethlehem, PA warehouse and satellite locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate deployment associates.
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory management systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Report to the Vice President, Operations Administration.
