Job Description
Shift Technology is seeking a QA Software Engineer to join their growing Tech team and support the development of their core products (Shift Technical platform). The role focuses on QA process implementation, testing new features, and driving automation within the Agile lifecycle. Shift is an AI platform transforming insurance underwriting, claims, and fraud, and values innovation, trust, and a data-driven approach.
Requirements
- Experience in QA and test automation
- Certified or willingness to obtain ISTQB
- Experience with UI, backend, API, performance, and stress tests
- Proficiency in programming languages (web, API, data pipelines)
- Familiarity with QA tools and testing methodologies
