Store Associate

This retail store associate position is essential for the success of Sherwin-Williams stores. Store associates are expected to provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns, and maintain a high standard of quality and presentation. They are responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to team and store operations.

Requirements

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products, as needed
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
