Retail Color Mixer- Multiple Locations

Retail Color Mixer responsible for tinting and mixing paint to customer specification, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals. Must be able to work within 15 miles of Store #3945 in Robbinsdale, MN.

Requirements

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean, fill, and repair equipment, as needed
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
