Job Description
The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship offers hands-on experience in the retail environment, focusing on sales, marketing, store operations, and customer service. Interns gain insights into management, sales, and store operations while completing projects addressing business issues with team support. The program is designed to provide professional learning and mentorship, with opportunities for growth within Sherwin-Williams.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
- Maintain displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Understand merchandise to answer questions and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with transactions, product prep/mixing, and store upkeep.
- Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms.
