Job Description
Join Sheppard Pratt as a Rehabilitation Specialist/Direct Support Worker and work with a multi-disciplined team to support individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. Opportunities include working in residential programs, crisis residential programs, and adult residential treatment centers. Comprehensive training and mentorship provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications and trainings
- Driver's license with 3-points or less
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
