Job Description
The Adult Inpatient Service Line at Sheppard Pratt in Towson, MD includes a Crisis Stabilization Unit, General Adult Inpatient Units, and specialized care programs. The Occasional Psychiatrist provides expert psychiatric care for adults with acute psychiatric conditions.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Maryland medical license with Controlled Substances Registration and valid DEA Certificate
- Completion of a residency training program
- Two years of experience preferred, including acute psychiatric care
- Experience working with patients in acute behavioral health settings
