Requirements
- Inventory Optimization: Build an ABC inventory management method and inventory turnover model
- Storage Strategy: Clarify the overall picking strategy and storage plan to reduce replenishment costs
- Inventory Management: Establish a safety stock model and optimize replenishment safety days and pre-holding logic
- Flow Planning: Formulate daily inbound flow, replenishment flow, and country-specific configurations
