Requirements
- Ensure fulfillment of warehouse labor demand, including absenteeism management, maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs, and continuously improving attendance rates;
- Monitor actual workforce attendance on-site and drive timely redeployment/rebalancing to minimize manpower waste;
- Handle workforce anomalies and escalate risks as needed (e.g., time-clock exceptions, invalid attendance);
- Maintain workforce data for the assigned region: supervise data-entry accuracy, perform system data validation and corrections, and conduct routine data analysis and reporting;
- Participate in vendor evaluation for the assigned region, including onboarding assessments, issue/exception feedback, and recommendations for replacement when necessary;
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of frontline employees—selection, development, deployment, retention, separation, and engagement—continuously optimizing workforce composition and improving employee retention and experience.
