Job Description
Establish and build SHC’s reputation and brand throughout the market while recruiting and retaining field talent and clients. Achieve individual performance goals and operate the Supplemental Way in exceeding minimum activity standards.
Requirements
- Maintain operational excellence

- Support gross profit (GP) goals
- Support Joint Commission standards
- Achieve 100% of personal revenue budget
- Maintain 90% Retention of field talent
- Manage and be accountable for individual p&l
- Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor and engage field talent
- Evaluate and assess applicant’s viability for employment
- Responsible for job postings, email blasts, call blasts and other recruitment functions
- Responsible for office success
- Responsible for managing field talent across Company lines
- Present appropriate features of the Supplemental Advantages
- Communicate with field talent regarding possible extensions, or other job opportunities
- May manage weekly payroll of all field talent
- May assist with housing arrangements for field talent
- Assist Manager with Human Resources and Quality Assurance functions
- Assist with aging and Accounts Receivables
- Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork
- Negotiate salary and benefits for each applicant
