Job Description
The Technical Manager will provide comprehensive technical leadership and support for products and processes within the Resilient operations, driving process innovation, overseeing quality control activities, and ensuring the successful introduction and implementation of new products, raw materials, and product modifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering, technical leadership, or manufacturing management experience, preferably in a process-driven or continuous manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, product testing, and process control.
- Proven ability to lead change management efforts involving new products, materials, and process modifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
