Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or consulting
- Strong understanding of valuation techniques (DCF, precedent transactions, comparables) and advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; capable of distilling complex information clearly and persuasively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
- Demonstrated integrity, collaboration, and client-centric mindset aligned with Sharp's core values
