Vice President Program Management

SharkNinja is seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead system integration on new product initiatives, drive program logistics and schedule, and lead a cross-functional team of high-performing engineers. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of direct program management leadership experience in a consumer goods company, a strong bias to action and accountability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering or related business/management field
• 10-15+ years direct Program Management leadership experience in a consumer goods company
• Driving all areas of new product development within program ownership
• Assertive, confident, capable
• Accountable to deliver all elements of the program, from product ideation to end-of-life
• Able to cultivate and lead a high performing team that delivers results
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Cross-functional leadership skills
• Possess a strong bias to action and accountability
• Intermediate/working level skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PPT and Visio
