The Manager of New Product Development (NPD) Quality for Skincare Devices plays a critical role in ensuring that innovative, consumer-loved beauty and skincare technologies reach the market safely, compliantly, and with exceptional performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical), Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in product quality, reliability engineering, or new product development roles.
- Experience with skincare devices, beauty-tech hardware, wearables, or consumer devices that include biological interaction, heat/light/sonic technologies, or medical-device–adjacent features.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles (e.g., FMEA, hazard analysis) and human factors engineering.
- Proven ability to design or oversee test plans, reliability campaigns, and validation activities.
