Creative Director, Copy - Shark Beauty

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative development for Shark Beauty (Haircare & Skincare). The role requires shaping and executing the creative vision for the brand across both the Haircare and Skincare categories, leading a multidisciplinary creative team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product stories are communicated effectively across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within beauty, consumer products, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven expertise in product storytelling, packaging design, and digital/social campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative work.
• Deep understanding of beauty consumer trends, digital platforms, and upper-funnel marketing strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution.
• Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with emerging technologies and platforms.
