Accounts Payable Officer

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying vendor invoices, credit notes, and payment requests, as well as maintaining and reconciling the accounts payable ledger. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations, with a strong understanding of accounting systems and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in accounts payable or finance operations
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP/AP platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent English communication skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency and organisation
