Program + Retention Coordinator

The Program and Retention Coordinator is responsible for fostering long-term participant success by proactive case management, retention-focused interventions, and ongoing engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in case management, client services, or program coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM or case tracking systems
• Experience with retention initiatives or client engagement strategies
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care or motivational interviewing
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
