Office Manager - Whitesburg

The Office Manager will oversee satellite office space, manage office schedules, and support project services for the Eastern Kentucky Runway project, connecting prime age employment gap individuals to employment opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 0 years of experience required
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Must be able to handle prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or standing at an event
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time when necessary
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to supporting individuals facing barriers to employment
