The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for achieving hotel financial goals, maintaining sales procedures, and developing new customer segments. This role focuses on generating revenue, managing the sales department, and ensuring a high-quality work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management or business preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local economy and market conditions.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations.
