Legal Operations Associate/Manager

Shakudo is seeking a Legal Operations Associate/Manager to drive client success, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance. The role involves supporting internal coordination, managing client relationships, analyzing data, and presenting findings. Key responsibilities include leading SOC 2 compliance strategies, overseeing internal audits, establishing a comprehensive compliance program, and managing customer operations processes to enhance organizational effectiveness. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, management consulting, finance, or human resources
• Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams and with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, Management or a related field
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to business operations
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Bias for action and ownership mentality
• Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work full-time from our Toronto office
• 1-2 years of startup experience at a venture-backed B2B company
