VP, Operations (Remote)

Shae Group is a global AI-powered technology and services group operating multiple brands across health, wellbeing, and performance. We're hiring a VP, Operations to architect and run the front-end plumbing of the business: operating model & OKRs, RevOps alignment, service management, platform architecture (CRM/CX/billing/support/data), vendor strategy, security & compliance readiness, and the seamless integration of new funnels, programs, and products into our ecosystem.

Requirements

• Translates strategy into quantified, trackable OKRs/KPIs and consistently delivers.
• Has shipped RevOps and service-management programs (lean ITIL 4 practices, not bureaucracy).
• Understands DORA/Accelerate metrics and partners with Product/Engineering to improve flow.
• Is fluent in security & compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk.
• Designs for interoperability and shared services across brands, not silos.
• Communicates crisply at the exec table and dives deep with operators when needed.
