Tech Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Tech Solutions Architect to lead the development of robust digital platforms within a rapidly growing software and healthtech group. This role requires a strategic thinker who can architect, lead, and scale diverse technical solutions, utilizing both traditional coding and no-code tools. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong individual passionate about leveraging code and no-code solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
• Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication
• Comfortable leading and mentoring small technical teams
• Flexible, pragmatic mindset
