Welding Inspectors - Multiple Locations - Contract

SGS is looking for Welding Inspectors in multiple locations throughout the USA to ensure welds and welding processes comply with codes, standards, and project requirements. The inspector will perform visual inspections, witness and verify non-destructive tests, and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements

• At least one of the following: AWS / CWI / CSWIP/API
• Minimum of five (5) years industrial welding-related inspection experience
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of industry experience (mainly Oil and Gas)
• Welding inspection experience at manufacturer shops / facilities

Benefits

• Hourly rate – $40 to $45/hr
• Mileage reimbursement ($0.70/km)
• Per diem for inspections beyond 200 miles from inspector place of residence
