We are looking for a dedicated Production Shift Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this crucial role, you will oversee the production of high-quality supplements in various forms, including liquids, tablets, capsules, and powders.
Requirements
- Manufacturing Excellence: Oversee the efficient manufacturing of liquids, tablets, capsules, and various powder products, adhering to GMP standards.
- Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate effectively with the team to meet production targets.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records and collaborate with quality teams for product integrity.
- Machinery Operation: Manage machinery operation, including disassembly, reassembly, and calibration.
- Materials Handling: Supervise the accurate weighing and blending of raw materials and the sizing of capsules/tablets.
- Yield Reconciliation: Conduct yield reconciliations at the end of each batch.
- Documentation: Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation, including line logs and quality records.
- Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of production areas, tooling, and machinery.
- Shift Management: Manage shift handovers for seamless production continuity.
- Problem Solving: Address and escalate issues to management and lead problem-solving efforts.
- Product Trials: Conduct product trials and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
