Job Description
The Site Manager plays a central role in the successful delivery of each project, working closely with the wider project team to ensure schemes are completed safely, on programme, to budget and to the quality standard expected by both the client and our business.
Requirements
- HNC level qualification
- 5-day CITB SMSTS certificate
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
- Experience delivering refurbishment and remodelling works in live, operational health and/or education environments
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience using project programming tools and web-based document management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
