Job Description
Join Severn Trent as an Apprentice Construction Operative and gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. As part of our 21-month programme, you will learn and develop skills to become a water network operative, working in all weather conditions to serve our customers and protect the environment.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced way of working in all outside work environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret information and effectively communicate this to different team members and audiences
