The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field
- Professional certification at Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) level
- 3 – 5 years of related experience
- Standard driver’s license – class C or class D
