Job Description
Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to assist individuals with daily living, promote community connections, and support their personal goals. This role involves training and supervising other staff, advocating for clients, and maintaining a safe environment. Requirements
- Support individuals in making independent decisions and participating in valued community roles.
- Teach and assist with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks.
- Administer medications or support individuals in self-medication (MAP certification required).
- Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and community events using a van or wheelchair-accessible van.
- Actively participate in and support individuals at community events.
