Job Description
Sev1Tech is seeking a UC (Unified Communications) Solutions Architect to support an enterprise IT operation team for a DHS (Department of Homeland Security) customer. The role focuses on infrastructure management, incident response, cybersecurity, system administration, and automating tasks using automation and AI to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Skill-set/work experience equivalence to Cisco CCNP Collaboration with a focus on Design and Planning
- Eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance
- 7+ years of experience working within the IT field, with a focus in UC delivery mechanisms
