Job Description
Sev1Tech is seeking an Infrastructure Management/Technical Lead to support a team providing enterprise IT operations support for a DHS customer. The role focuses on infrastructure management, incident response, cybersecurity, system administration, and automation using technologies like AI and predictive analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing manual intervention, improving efficiency, and improving system resilience within a secure, DHS-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Program/Project management experience
- 5+ years’ experience leading teams and projects
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Strong skills in Service Management tools (ServiceNow or Remedy)
- Experience with Patch automation and process improvements
- Experience with Roadmaps
- Experience with Release engineering and backlog management
- Managing relationships and coordinating work teams
