Setpoint is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive revenue generation through pipeline-driven programs. The role involves planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing event logistics, and leveraging data to improve outbound strategies. This is a hands-on role requiring analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years in demand generation or GTM marketing
- Skilled in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot
- Familiar with Clay, ZoomInfo, and data enrichment workflows
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience running event and conference campaigns tied to pipeline goals
