Chief of Staff

They are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to define and adhere to organizational culture, develop HR plans, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The company is focused on transforming the Indonesian financial landscape through innovation in payment solutions.

Requirements

• Post Graduation/MBA from a Tier-I or premier institute with minimum ~8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices in retail, payments, e-commerce, logistics, telecom and/or any other consumer facing businesses.
• Successfully introduced products in markets in your previous engagements.
• Implemented proven strategies to measure success of product launch through market research and customer feedback.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools, and have managed end-to-end deliveries of multiple projects.
• Experience in creating and managing project plans, in MPP or equivalent, spanning thousands of line items, with resources and budget requirements clearly articulated.
• Experience in creating a work-breakdown structure and WBS dictionary, and in identifying and documenting risks and dependencies for each element.
• Experience in agile methodologies and have run agile projects with all its ceremonies effectively.
• Preferably have PMP and/or Prince2 certifications.
• Experience in developing, implementing and administering the various policies.
• Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.
• Self starter, result oriented and a strong bias for action is mandatory.
• Good at communication with a variety of stakeholders, good documentation (emails, formal documents) skills.
• Must be well versed in using ms excel, powerpoint, word, project and visio.
