They are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to define and adhere to organizational culture, develop HR plans, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Requirements
- Post Graduation/MBA from a Tier-I or premier institute with minimum ~8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices in retail, payments, e-commerce, logistics, telecom and/or any other consumer facing businesses.
- Successfully introduced products in markets in your previous engagements.
- Implemented proven strategies to measure success of product launch through market research and customer feedback.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools, and have managed end-to-end deliveries of multiple projects.
- Experience in creating and managing project plans, in MPP or equivalent, spanning thousands of line items, with resources and budget requirements clearly articulated.
- Experience in creating a work-breakdown structure and WBS dictionary, and in identifying and documenting risks and dependencies for each element.
- Experience in agile methodologies and have run agile projects with all its ceremonies effectively.
- Preferably have PMP and/or Prince2 certifications.
- Experience in developing, implementing and administering the various policies.
- Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.
- Self starter, result oriented and a strong bias for action is mandatory.
- Good at communication with a variety of stakeholders, good documentation (emails, formal documents) skills.
- Must be well versed in using ms excel, powerpoint, word, project and visio.
