Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager based in Dubai, UAE, to drive our sales initiatives across the GCC (excluding KSA) for Conversational AI and Intelligence solutions for Customer Service. You will build and scale a pipeline through ecosystem partners and system integrators, while also selling directly to customers when appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven B2B enterprise sales experience in AI, SaaS, or contact centre technologies
- Strong knowledge and experience in Contact Centre AI (capabilities, roadmap, and market trends)
- Demonstrated success building business through partner ecosystems and system integrators, plus direct sales when needed
- Established network and market visibility (e.g., relationships within Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or similar ecosystems)
- Arabic speaking, based in Dubai with deep knowledge of the GCC market (except KSA); strong English communication skills; willingness to travel as needed
