Vusion is a retail tech company in rapid growth, seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage and perform services associated with our digital retail solutions (IoT & SaaS) in complex and high-stakes accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong relational and contractual dimension, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management on complex accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management on complex accounts
- Experience with retail clients is a major advantage
- Proven experience in managing structured contractual commitments
- Ability to interact with client-side decision-makers at a director level
- Strong focus on retention, satisfaction, and value creation
