Job Description
SERVPRO of Amarillo is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and support a large production division. The role involves overseeing all operational activities, managing staff, and ensuring customer and client satisfaction, focusing on revenue growth, profit, and staff development. It's a full-time, competitive position with opportunities for training and growth.
Requirements
- Effective written and oral communication in English; Spanish a major plus
- Intermediate math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license with ability to drive in all conditions
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
- Ability to travel locally and out of state
