Requirements
- Sound professional experience in consulting in the area of IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Service Management
- Knowledge of ITIL (preferably certified) and ideally other frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, PRINCE2, etc.
- Ability to quickly capture customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Sovereign appearance and communication skills on all levels
- Experience in conducting workshops, training, or presentations
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Travel readiness within Germany
