Legal Counsel I

Reporting to the company’s Vice President – General Counsel, this role offers the opportunity to work in an in-house legal position supporting the business’s daily operations and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least three years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Demonstrated ability to advise on matters involving consumer protection, regulatory compliance, and business practices
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Practical, business-minded approach to legal risk-assessment and problem-solving
